2006 Utah Code - 61-2-7.2 — Reporting requirements.

     61-2-7.2.   Reporting requirements.
     Principal brokers, associate brokers, and sales agents shall send the division a signed statement notifying the division of the following within ten business days:
     (1) conviction of any criminal offense; or
     (2) filing a personal or brokerage bankruptcy.
