     59-10-548.   Election Campaign Fund -- Contents -- Disbursement and distribution -- Limitations on expenditures.
     (1) (a) There is established an agency fund to be known as the "Election Campaign Fund."
     (b) The fund shall consist of all amounts deposited to it as provided in Section 59-10-547.
     (2) On or before four months after the due date of the returns required by this chapter in which designations of payment to the fund have been made, the state treasurer shall:
     (a) disburse that portion of the amounts deposited in the fund since the last disbursement that were designated for a political party to the political party to which they were designated; and
     (b) provide to the political party a list disclosing, for each county, the total amount designated by taxpayers in that county.
