     59-8a-102 (Contingently Repealed).   Purpose.
     The purpose of this chapter is to provide for the imposition of an in lieu excise tax on the gross receipts of electrical corporations whose property tax liability is decreased as a result of the property tax reductions authorized by the Legislature during the 1995 Annual General Session.
