58-15-10. Penalty for unlawful conduct.
Any person who violates the unlawful conduct provisions defined in Subsection 58-1-501(1) is guilty of a class B misdemeanor.
Any person who violates the unlawful conduct provisions defined in Subsection 58-1-501(1) is guilty of a class B misdemeanor.
