2006 Utah Code - 57-15-9 — Liability for damages caused by violation.

     57-15-9.   Liability for damages caused by violation.
     A lender violating any provision of this act, in addition to any other penalties provided by law, shall be liable to an injured party for actual damages plus all reasonable attorney's fees and costs incurred by the injured party because of the violation.
