2006 Utah Code - 57-15-5 — Property subject to chapter.

     57-15-5.   Property subject to chapter.
     This chapter shall be applicable only to security interests in real property consisting of four or fewer housing units utilized as residential dwelling units other than motels, hotels, or nursing homes.
