     53A-27-102.   Delegates to education commission.
     (1) The governor and the two houses of the Legislature may appoint delegates to the education commission as provided in Article III A, with the total delegation including the governor to consist of seven members.
     (2) The four members appointed by the governor shall be selected so as to be broadly representative of professional and lay interest within this state having responsibilities for, knowledge with respect to, and interest in educational matters.
