2006 Utah Code - 53A-25-206 — Instruction of adults with visual impairments.

     53A-25-206.   Instruction of adults with visual impairments.
     Persons over 21 who are capable of receiving beneficial instruction, but are incapable of receiving adequate instruction in other public schools because of impaired vision, may, in the discretion of the board of trustees, be admitted to the school.
