2006 Utah Code - 53A-25-205 — Purposes -- Qualifications of pupils.

     53A-25-205.   Purposes -- Qualifications of pupils.
     (1) The school shall provide a practical education for the blind of the state, who are under 21 and otherwise mentally and physically able to profit from instruction, to instruct them so that they may become self-supporting and useful citizens.
     (2) Residents of the state are entitled to the benefits of the school free of expense.
     (3) The board of trustees shall establish policies regarding the acceptance of nonresidents.
