53A-25-202. Corporate powers.(1) The school has perpetual succession, a corporate seal, may sue and be sued, contract and be contracted with, and may take and hold by purchase, gift, devise or bequest, real and personal property required for its uses.
(2) It may also convert such property, if not suitable for its uses, into other property, or into money.
(3) The school is a public corporation, and its property is exempt from all taxes and assessments.
