2006 Utah Code - 53A-25-108 — Appointment of superintendent and treasurer.

     53A-25-108.   Appointment of superintendent and treasurer.
     (1) The board shall appoint a superintendent, whose salary is set by the board in accordance with the standards adopted by the Division of Finance.
     (2) The board shall also appoint a treasurer who shall give a bond to the school in its corporate name in a form and in an amount determined by the Division of Finance.
