     53A-25-107.   Board powers -- Bylaws -- Contracts with instructors -- Religious and political doctrine.
     (1) The board may adopt bylaws and repeal or amend them.
     (2) The bylaws may provide for special meetings of the board and for the distribution of its business among committees.
     (3) The board may make rules regarding the admission, expulsion, and terms of instruction of pupils, and the internal management of the school.
     (4) The board may terminate any contract made with an instructor or employee if the board determines that the termination is in the best interest of the school.
     (5) School employees may not teach partisan political or any sectarian religious doctrine.
     (6) The school may not require any political or religious belief as a qualification of any pupil, instructor, officer, or employee of the school.
