2006 Utah Code - 53A-3-304 — Other board officers -- Bond required.

     53A-3-304.   Other board officers -- Bond required.
     A board may appoint other necessary officers who serve at the pleasure of the board. The board may require these officers to give a bond to the board in an amount prescribed by the board. These officers shall qualify by taking the constitutional oath of office before assuming office.
