2006 Utah Code - 45-1-2 — Maximum charge.

     45-1-2.   Maximum charge.
     A legal rate of 30 cents per line on the basis of an eight-point line, not less than 11 ems wide, is hereby established in each city of the fourth and fifth class and each town for the publishing of any notice, advertisement, or publication of any kind required by law.
