2006 Utah Code - 34-32-3 — Failure to comply -- Penalty.

     34-32-3.   Failure to comply -- Penalty.
     Any employer, dealer or processor who willfully fails to comply with the duties imposed by this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
