2006 Utah Code - 31A-27-411 — Severability clause.

     31A-27-411.   Severability clause.
     If any provision of this chapter or its application to any person or circumstance is found to be unconstitutional, or in conflict with or superseded by the federal Bankruptcy Reform Act of 1978, 11 U.S.C. Sec. 101 et seq., as amended, the remainder of the chapter and the application of the provision to other persons or circumstances shall not be affected by it.
