31A-27-408. Attachment, garnishment, and levy of execution.During the pendency of a liquidation proceeding, in Utah or any other state, whether called a liquidation proceeding or not, no action or proceeding in the nature of an attachment, garnishment, or levy of execution may be commenced or maintained in Utah or elsewhere against the delinquent insurer or its assets.
