     31A-27-327.   Applicability of claims settlement provisions to loss claims.
     Subsection 31A-27-314(1)(r), Sections 31A-27-328 through 31A-27-332, Section 31A-27-336, Subsection 31A-27-403(3), Section 31A-27-406, and Section 31A-27-407 do not apply to loss claims to the extent that they are subject to Chapter 28, Guaranty Associations, or to corresponding laws of other states.
