     31A-27-316.   Duties of producers.
     Any producer doing business with an insurer subject to a liquidation order shall, upon the liquidator's request, provide the liquidator with information in the producer's possession relative to the policyholders of the insurer who is subject to the liquidation order. The commissioner's request under this section shall impose a time limit within which the requested information shall be provided. This time limit may not be less than five working days.
