     31A-27-309.   Pending the liquidation order.
     Between the filing of the petition under Section 31A-27-307 and the issuance of a liquidation order under Section 31A-27-310, except to the extent that the court orders otherwise, the insurer may continue to operate its business and use, acquire, or dispose of property as if a petition had not been filed. Any transactions entered into between the filing of the petition and the issuance of the liquidation order are subject to Sections 31A-27-319 through 31A-27-323, except those transactions which are entered into while the insurer is in rehabilitation under this chapter.
