     31A-27-109.   Standing of guaranty associations.
     In any proceeding under this chapter, upon motion of the commissioner, or upon motion of a guaranty association operating under Chapter 28 or a comparable provision of another state, one or more guaranty associations may be joined or join as a party to the proceeding under this chapter. No order or judgment may be entered against a guaranty association joined as a party to a proceeding under this chapter, other than as provided elsewhere in this chapter, following a finding of insolvency and an order of liquidation.
