2006 Utah Code - 23-13-11 — Violations.

     23-13-11.   Violations.
     (1) Unless otherwise provided, a violation of any provision of this title is a class B misdemeanor.
     (2) A violation of any rule or proclamation of the Wildlife Board is a class C misdemeanor.
