2006 Utah Code - 20A-2-303 — Notice of time and place of registration.
20A-2-303. Notice of time and place of registration.(1) The election officer shall give notice of satellite voter registration by publishing the notice in one issue of a newspaper of general circulation in the county at least five days before the day of satellite voter registration.
(2) The notice of satellite voter registration shall:
(a) be signed by the county clerk;
(b) identify the time and place for satellite voter registration.
