     17A-3-1204.   Hearings.
     Whenever the county legislative body shall levy any tax under the provisions of this part, after completion of the lists of the property in such district so taxed, they shall mail notice of said tax to each person liable therefor, stating the time and place of a meeting of the county legislative body, during usual business hours and for not less than three consecutive days, when it will sit as a board of equalization and review, and that any person feeling aggrieved shall have a hearing; and the county legislative body shall have authority to make correction of any such tax deemed unequal or unjust.
