17A-3-413. Disestablishment of districts -- Hearing -- Resolution.The governing authority may disestablish a district by resolution after a hearing before the governing authority. The governing authority shall, prior to the hearing, adopt a resolution of intention to disestablish the district at least 15 days prior to the hearing required by this section. The resolution shall state the time and place of said hearing.
