     17A-3-409.   Signature of petition or protest on behalf of business.
     The petition provided for in Subsection 17A-3-405 (2) and any protest permitted by Section 17A-3-408 signed on behalf of a corporation owning a business in the proposed district shall be sufficient if it is signed by the president, vice-president, or any duly authorized agent of the corporation. Where title to any business is held in the name of more than one person, all of the persons holding title to it must join in the signing of the petition or protest.
