2006 Utah Code - 17A-3-302 — Purpose.

     17A-3-302.   Purpose.
     The purpose of this part is to revise, codify and improve existing laws relating to municipal special improvement districts, to recognize existing practices relating to these districts, and to modernize and improve these laws in the light of these practices and in recognition of new needs of municipalities and the inhabitants of them.
