     17A-3-243.   Release of assessment.
     When an assessment has been paid in full with respect to any property, the county or Title 17A, Chapter 2, Part 3 district, as applicable, shall deliver to the owner for recordation in the office of the county recorder a release and discharge of the lien of any assessment in a form that includes the legal description of the property released and otherwise complies with the state recording statutes as then applicable.
