     17A-3-219.   Supplemental assessment.
     In case of any deficiencies, omissions, errors, or mistakes in making any assessment or levy in respect to the total cost of the improvements or in respect to any tract, lot, block, or parcel in the special improvement district which has not been fully assessed or which has been assessed in an incorrect amount, the governing body may make a supplemental assessment and levy to supply or correct these deficiencies, omissions, errors, or mistakes after the holding of a hearing and giving notice as provided in Section 17A-3-217.
