17A-3-202. Purpose.The purpose of this part is to revise, codify, and improve existing laws relating to county special improvement districts, to recognize existing practices relating to these districts, and to modernize and improve these laws in the light of these practices and in recognition of the needs of the counties of the state of Utah and electric, water, and sewer districts created under Chapter 2, Part 3, and their inhabitants.
