17A-2-1417. Plans -- Available for public inspection -- Contents.Plans and specifications for the works for which a district is organized shall be kept in the office of the district and be open to public inspection. The plans shall include maps, profiles, and other data and descriptions as may be necessary to set forth the location and character of the works.
