2006 Utah Code - 17A-2-1060 — Budget examination and comment.

     17A-2-1060.   Budget examination and comment.
     In addition to the requirements under Title 17A, Chapter 1, Part 5, Submission of Budgets and Audit Reports, the district shall submit a copy of its tentative budget at least 30 days before the board approves a final budget to the governor and the Legislature for examination and comment.
