17A-2-1058. District may issue bonds.
Any district organized under this part may, in the manner and subject to the limitations and restrictions contained in Title 11, Chapter 14, Local Government Bonding Act, authorize, issue and dispose of its negotiable bonds for purposes of paying all or part of the cost of acquiring, improving, or extending any one or more improvements, facilities, or property authorized to be acquired under this part.
