17A-2-1055. Title to vest in district -- Property exempt from taxation.Title to all property acquired under the provisions of this part shall immediately and by operation of law vest in the transit district, in its corporate name, and is hereby dedicated and set apart for the purposes set forth in this part and shall be exempt from all taxation, including sales and use taxes.
