     17A-2-1048.   Board of trustees representation for newly annexed area.
     Upon the completion of an annexation under Title 17B, Chapter 2, Part 5, Annexation, the annexed area shall have a representative on the board of trustees on the same basis as it would have had if it had been included in the district as originally organized.
