17A-2-1046. Counties may withhold percentage for services rendered.In consideration of service rendered, any county shall be entitled annually to deduct and withhold an amount not exceeding one per cent on the first $25,000 collected hereunder, and one-fourth of one per cent of any amount in excess of $25,000 collected. The board of commissioners of each county may provide extra help as in their judgment may be necessary for the proper performance of their duties.
