2006 Utah Code - 17A-2-1037 — Elections.

     17A-2-1037.   Elections.
     All district elections shall be held in accordance with the provisions of the elections code of the state as they now exist or may be amended for the holding of elections in general law cities in so far as the same are not in conflict with this part; provided all elections upon the issuance of bonds of a district shall be called, held, and conducted pursuant to the provisions of Title 11, Chapter 14, Local Government Bonding Act, and the provisions of the election code shall not be applicable to any such bond election.
