17A-2-1020. Hearings.Upon filing the request for hearing provided in Section 17A-2-1019 the district board shall fix the time and place for hearing. The time fixed shall not be less than 15 nor more than 60 days from the date request is filed. Notice of the date set for hearing shall be mailed, postage prepaid, to the county or city requesting hearing and to the governing body of each city and county wholly or partially within the district and be published once by the board.
