17A-2-914. Notices -- Publication and posting.Every notice required by this part to be published may be published in a daily or weekly newspaper. If there is no such newspaper published within the district or other territory wherein the notice is required to be published, the notice shall be posted in three public places therein for the length of time required for publication.
