     17A-2-838.   Collection fees.
     In consideration of service rendered hereunder, any county shall annually be entitled to deduct and withhold an amount not exceeding 1% on the first $25,000 collected hereunder, and one-fourth of 1% of any amount in excess of $25,000 collected hereunder. The board of commissioners of each such county may provide such extra help as in their judgment may be necessary for the proper performance of duties hereunder.
