     17A-2-803.   Purpose of metropolitan water district.
     A metropolitan water district may acquire, appropriate, develop, store, sell, lease, and distribute water for, and devote water to, municipal and domestic purposes, irrigation, power, milling, manufacturing, mining, metallurgical and any and all other beneficial uses.
