17A-2-765. Contracts with United States.Any irrigation district may contract with the United States for local improvement work, and for such purpose may form local improvement districts as herein provided. Authorization of bonds or of contract with the United States for local improvement work may be confirmed in the same manner as in Sections 17A-2-749 to 17A-2-753.
