     17A-2-764.   Local improvement bonds.
     Any irrigation district may issue bonds for any local improvements, as in this part provided, and sell the same, or any part thereof, or exchange the same or any part thereof, with the holders of any previously issued warrants for the purpose of redeeming said warrants; provided, however, that all the provisions of this part relating to the authorization and issue of bonds shall apply.
