     17A-2-738.   Redivision of districts.
     At least 30 days before the next general election of a district under this part following an annexation of lands under Title 17B, Chapter 2, Part 5, Annexation, that occurs on or after June 1, 2001, or following an exclusion of land under this part, the board of trustees shall make an order redividing the district into three divisions as nearly equal in size as practicable. The divisions shall be numbered first, second, and third, and one trustee shall be elected from each division.
