2006 Utah Code - 17A-2-619 — Indebtedness not to exceed estimated expendable revenue.

     17A-2-619.   Indebtedness not to exceed estimated expendable revenue.
     It shall be unlawful for fire protection district board of trustees to incur any indebtedness in excess of the estimated expendable revenue for the ensuing year except as otherwise provided in this part.
