     17A-2-618.   Bonds -- Duty of board of trustees -- Levy of taxes for payment of bonds.
     The board of trustees of each district which has issued bonds under the provisions of this part shall certify annually to the county legislative body the amount of the bonded indebtedness unpaid, the amount of principal and interest to be paid during the current year, and the county legislative body shall levy annually, until principal and interest have been fully paid, taxes on all taxable property in the district, fully sufficient to assure the prompt payment of principal and interest as each falls due. The taxes to be levied by the county legislative body for any district, other than those levied for the payment of principal and of interest on the bonds of the district, may not in any year exceed .0008 per dollar of taxable value of taxable property in the district.
