     17A-2-610.   Separate meetings -- County clerk may be secretary.
     (1) If the county legislative body becomes the fire protection district board of trustees as provided for in Section 17A-2-609, meetings as the board of trustees shall be held separate and apart from meetings as the county legislative body.
     (2) The board of trustees, at its discretion, may provide that until further order of the board, the county clerk shall be ex officio secretary of the board and may similarly provide that the county treasurer shall be ex officio treasurer of the board.
