     17A-2-601.   Establishment -- Time limit -- Exceptions.
     A fire protection district under this part may not be established after June 30, 1975, except that fire protection services may be rendered as provided under Part 13, Utah Special Service District Act, Title 17, Chapter 34, Municipal-Type Services to Unincorporated Areas, or Part 4, County Service Area Act.
