     17A-2-550.   Addition of delinquent taxes in case of contract with the United States.
     In case of contract with the United States government, the board of trustees may add to such statement and estimate as provided for in Section 17A-2-549, a sufficient amount to cover any deficit due the United States that may have resulted from nonpayment of delinquent taxes or assessments for any preceding year; and provided further that in the case of contract with the United States government it may be provided by contract between the district and the United States, that assessments shall conform to the requirements of the federal reclamation laws now enacted or which may hereafter be enacted, and particularly the Act of December 5, 1924, Public Law No. 292; and that assessments may thereafter be made accordingly.
