     17A-2-545.   Bond issue -- Statement attached.
     Each bond issue as provided for by Section 17A-2-543, shall be signed by the chair and secretary of the said board of trustees, and be attested by the county clerk, and the clerk shall also make a certified statement thereon, affixing the clerk's seal of office thereto, of the total amount of the assessment of benefits pledged for the payment of the bonds and other bonds, if any, issued; the date, number, denomination, and time due of all bonds issued; when the assessment of benefits was confirmed by the county legislative body, and the number of acres of land in the district against which the assessments were made.
